Northwest Administrators, Inc. is a third-party administrator for employee benefit trusts. We have been providing employee benefit plan administration and benefit claim processing services to clients throughout the western United States since 1958.

This position in our Health & Welfare Department is a critical position as you will be the first impression our participants, employers, and Local Unions have of our company in-person and on the phone. If you are a professional, outgoing, positive team player with the ability to learn quickly and work independently, then this may be the right place for you.

We are looking for a candidate to greet and direct participants to the available Interviewers within the office and on the phone. The Receptionist will also be responsible for daily mail management – incoming and outgoing, including logging all documents being sent to other offices; maintaining the reception area; responding to requests for forms in an urgent manner; inputting data into the computer systems; and various other clerical duties as assigned.

Your qualifications should include:
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Apply high attention to detail
• Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Analytical/problem solving skills
• Reliable
• Good attendance record
• Experience with high volume calls a plus
